It won't let me enter the map "Industry Town"

Hi, I'm from Colombia, and I've had a problem with my laptop. I want to play a game on "Industry Town", but it freezes on the loading screen, while I can play on another map. What should I do to fix this error? I need help, please.

Please try to deactivate “Dynamic Lighting” (Iluminación Dinamica) in the Operation7 game settings. 

You can also check your graphics card driver and try to update it to the latest version.

 

If the problem still persists after this, please let us know.
